This Privacy Policy explains how Sarah's Techno (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects the information you share with us through this website. We keep the data we hold to a minimum and never sell it.

• Unit listing applications — your name, company, contact details, district, portrait, factory photograph, and recorded consent.
• Job applications — your selected position, name, contact details, optional note, PDF resume, and recorded consent.
• Reference-unit searches — your name, phone number, selected district, and recorded consent.
• WhatsApp / call enquiries you start with us directly.
• A limited technical record (such as your IP address) used only to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the information or quote you asked for;
• schedule callbacks and offline sessions you request;
• review unit listing applications and, with the applicant's consent, publish approved names, companies, districts, portraits, and factory photographs;
• review job applications, assess candidates, and contact applicants about recruitment;
• match prospective customers with approved reference factories and arrange visits; and
• keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we store and protect your data

Your submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a secured, access-controlled database. Uploaded factory visit host photographs are stored with our website's image-storage provider. Job-application resumes are kept in separate private file storage and are delivered only through the access-controlled admin area. File references and the rest of each application are stored in our database. Access is limited to authorised members of our team who need it to respond to you. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

Sharing your information

We share your data only with the trusted service providers that help us run this site — for example our email-delivery and hosting providers — who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and only where the law requires it. We do not share it with anyone else.

For an approved reference-unit listing, only the applicant's name, company, district, portrait, and factory photograph are shown to people who submit the factory-search form. Host phone numbers and email addresses remain private; all contact and visit requests go through us.

Cookies

This site uses only what is essential for it to function. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

AI-assisted catalogue illustrations

Some machinery visuals in our public catalogue are AI-assisted illustrations created using generative tools, including ChatGPT. These static catalogue assets are separate from the personal information you submit through our enquiry, callback, reference-unit search, and unit listing forms. For how those visuals should be interpreted, please see our Terms of Service.

Your rights & deleting your data

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To request deletion of your data, email us at sales@sarahstechno.com from the address or with the phone number you contacted us with, and we will remove it from our records.

Listed unit owners may also withdraw permission for their listing at any time using the same contact details. We will hide the listing while the request is processed and remove the related photographs when the record is deleted.

Job applicants may request deletion of their application and resume using the same contact details.

Data retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business records. Job applications and resumes are kept only for recruitment and related record-keeping, after which they are deleted.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
